UK Delivery:

£4.95 UK (mainland) delivery on orders under £100
Free delivery on orders over £100
Delivery time can take between 1-3 working days

International Delivery:

We currently ship to USA, UAE and New Zealand. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. For any other destinations please email info@babygifting.com 

Personalised items are non-refundable unless there is an error in personalisation compared to what was ordered.

Due to our fast-paced processing and dispatch, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Faulty goods

If you believe a product to be faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@babygifting.com with a description and photograph of the product. If the item was purchased within 28 days, subject to confirmation of a fault we will issue a replacement. 

The Baby Gifting Company reserves the right to change our warranty conditions without notice.
