  • Complimentary delivery on orders over £100
  • Your order will arrive within 1–3 working days

International Delivery

  • Europe: £25 (arrives in approx. 1–3 working days)
  • Worldwide: £45 (arrives in approx. 5–7 working days)

Returns & Cancellations

Each gift is prepared with care, especially our personalised items which are made uniquely for you. For this reason, personalised products are non-refundable unless the personalisation does not match your order.

As our team works swiftly to ensure your order reaches you without delay, we’re unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We want every gift to arrive in perfect condition. If you believe an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us with:

  • A short description of the issue
  • A clear photograph of the item

If the purchase was made within 28 days, and a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement with our compliments.
